In order to improve the skill level of technicians, we participate in various competitions in the fields of cooking, baking, and barista at home and abroad.
Local skills competition
Hosted by the Korean Committee for the International Skills Olympics. The purpose is to develop local skills and discover excellent technicians, and winners are eligible to participate in the National Skills Competition and are exempt from the National Technical Qualification Test.
National Skills Competition
Hosted by the Korean Committee for the International Skills Olympics. The purpose is to raise the level of skill skills between regions, and winners are eligible to participate in the International Skills Olympics.
Seoul International Food & Beverage Culinary Contest
Korea Food, Beverage, and Culinary Education Association. The largest international high school live contest in the country. This is a skills contest for young chefs with dreams and passion.
Korea Master Chef Championship
Implemented by the Korea Association of Culinary Masters and hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. This is a national competition where chefs can fully demonstrate their capabilities and potential.
FHA Culinary Challenge
As one of Asia's top three food fairs, it is a lively competition featuring live competitions from chefs from over 30 countries.
HOFEX International Cooking Competition
Co-hosted by the Hong Kong Culinary Association and ICI, it is one of Asia's three largest international cooking competitions with 1,500 participants from 32 countries.
The Philippine Culinary Cup
This is a WACS officially certified international cooking competition held in Manila, and is the most prestigious competition in the Philippines with 1,400 participants from about 40 countries.
